

Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg your favorite smoked salmon
- 3-4 large eggs
- 1 tsp Tony's seasoning
- 1 tsp old bay
- 1/2 c spinach
- 1/4 c crumbled goat cheese
Instructions
- Whisk eggs with seasoning. Heat pan on medium-low and cook eggs until half-way set. Then add spinach until wilted. Add smoked salmon on top with crumbled goat cheese and serve. Enjoy!
