- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 cup carrot
- Fresh Thyme
- 2 scotch bonnet
- Soy sauce
- Browning
- Ketchup
- Worcestershire sauce
- Beef broth
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- White pepper

Note: Salt or more soy sauce to preference, but recommend waiting to add more salt until end of cooking phase to allow flavors and salt levels to fully cook down

- 1/3 cup water
- 1 full can of coconut milk (or just half the can and add more water, depending on preference)
- fresh thyme
- scotch bonnet pepper
- 1 can of red kidney beans (my substitute for pigeon peas for this recipe)
- salt to taste
