A rich and delicious dish to enjoy with a glass of your favorite red wine 🍷

Ingredients

Pappardelle Pasta

Rao’s Marinara Sauce

1 carrot, diced

1 stalk of celery, diced

1/2 onion, diced

3 cloves of chopped garlic

Fresh thyme

1/2 cup Red wine (I used Cabernet Sauvignon, but feel free to use Merlot or any full-bodied red wine – not sweet)

Paprika mix from Gourmet Collection

Dried thyme (not really needed though if you have fresh, but I added both lol)

Salt and pepper

Recipe

Season minced lamb with paprika mix, dried thyme, and salt and pepper
Sear on medium high heat and add chopped vegetables
Once meat is browned add fresh thyme
Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant
Add red wine and let reduce down
Add pasta sauce and mix!
Cover and let sauce cook down for about 20 minutes until flavors melt together 😋

Cook your pappardelle noodles until al dente
Assemble
Add shredded Parmesan and enjoy! 🤗
