I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t measure the seasonings for this, and I usually don’t. Just go by what you feel in your soul is right and you’ll be alright ✨ just don’t over salt anything 👍🏾
Add all of the ingredients listed above in a bowl and mix until well combined (recommend using these cooking gloves and getting in there to massage it together)Like this 🤗Form into meatballs and set aside while you heat your pan (ensure it’s heavy like a cast iron)Drizzle about 2 tbsps of olive oil in pan. Sear the meatballs on high heatShould be browned on all sides like this 🤗Sauté 1/2 onion in a pan (I used a red onion since it’s all I had on hand) and add your favorite marinara- I highly recommend Rao’sAdd meatballs back in the pan, cover, and cook in the oven at 350°F for about 20 minutesBoil spaghetti noodles until tender, assemble with sauce and meatballs and as much cheese you’d like! Garnish with fresh parsley.
Bonus: Make a compound butter with any leftover parsley and cheese you have along with roasted garlic and broil on sourdough for a delicious garlic toast on the side 🤗
