- 10-12 oz Thinly sliced beef
- Sesame seeds I used Everything Bagel seasoning since that was available 😁
- 2 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 1/4 cup low sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbps Honey
- 2 tsps Sesame oil
- 2 tsps Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Eggroll wrappers
- Provolone cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
