These were sooo good! Slightly chewy and super chocolately! Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits to the mix as well!

Ingredients used:

2- 2 1/2 cups of rolled oats

12 oz can of sweetened coconut milk

Shredded coconut

1 mashed banana

2 tsps peanut butter (melted)

1/3 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Recipe:

Begin to combine ingredients:

Mash 1 banana and add peanut butter
Add shredded coconut
Then condensed coconut milk
Add as many chocolate chips as you’d like
May need to adjust and add more granola is the mixture is too wet
Should be thick, cohesive, and well-combined
Place in a square pan with parchment paper (cut corners of parchment so it fits evenly)
Bake for 45 minutes at 375°F until edges are brown and middle is fairly firm.
Let cool completely. Cut into bars.
Melt 1/2 tsp of coconut oil with 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave for about 1 minute, mixing every 20 seconds.
Dip the bars in chocolate and drizzle chocolate on top.
