Whisk all ingredients above for custard. tear croissants into bite size pieces, and fold into custard.
Add to a lightly oiled baking dish.
Ensure all croissant pieces are evenly distributed and hydrated with the custard mix.
Bake at 375 F(or 190.5 C) for at least 45 minutes covered with foil.
Uncover foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Pierce with a fork or skewer to ensure it's cooked through.
Let cool.
