Slice challah bread about an inch each
Whip together heavy cream and pistachio butter until stiff peaks form and set in fridge until ready to plate
Mix custard with egg, milk, masala chai, honey
Heat and butter griddle or pan, dip bread slices in the custard, and sear on medium heat until brown on each side
Assemble your french toast with the whipped cream and for some extra crunch, I added chopped pistachios
